Refund and Returns Policy

This is the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for Treaty Jewels.


Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and certificates (if applicable).


Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including engraved items)

  • Made-to-order items

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance

  • Gift cards

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, these items cannot be resold once customized or worn.


Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with visible signs of wear or use

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — posting time may vary

  3. Contact your bank — processing time may apply

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at “cc@treatyjewels.com” with your order details.
Once the returned item is received and approved, the exchange item will be shipped.

If there is a price difference, it must be paid before the exchange is dispatched.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
